- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost.

- If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 7 days. We will assess the situation and provide a partial or full refund if deemed appropriate.

- In the event of damages caused during the move, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Claims must be reported within 72 hours of service completion.
